Welcome to A11YVERSE. These terms of use govern your access to and use of the A11YVERSE platform, including the website at a11yverse.com, all related content, features, and services (collectively, the "platform"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

A11YVERSE Inc. ("A11YVERSE," "we," "our," or "us") is incorporated in Ontario, Canada.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

About the platform

A11YVERSE is an accessibility intelligence platform that organizes accessibility knowledge, solutions, and stories into a structured ecosystem. The platform provides curated content including spotlights, company and product showcases, resources, events, podcasts, and newsletters. The platform also provides AI-powered discovery features that allow users to ask questions and receive contextual answers based on structured accessibility knowledge.

The platform is intended for informational and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional accessibility consulting, legal advice, or compliance assessment.

User accounts

You may create an account to access certain features of the platform. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others, notify us if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for unauthorized purposes, or remain inactive for an extended period.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the purpose of the platform. You agree not to use the platform to distribute harmful, misleading, or unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems, interfere with the operation or security of the platform, scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform without permission, impersonate another person or entity, or use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam.

You may access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without prior written permission from A11YVERSE Inc.

Content submitted by users, including contact form submissions, questionnaire responses, and account information, remains your property. However, by submitting content to the platform, you grant A11YVERSE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

Spotlight and showcase content

A11YVERSE features stories, interviews, and showcases of individuals, organizations, and products within the accessibility ecosystem. This content is curated for informational purposes. Inclusion on the platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or certification by A11YVERSE.

Organizations and individuals featured on the platform are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

Events

A11YVERSE may organize, host, or list accessibility-related events. Event-specific terms, registration requirements, and policies may apply in addition to these general terms. Event registration and participation may be subject to separate agreements with event organizers or partners.

Third-party links and services

A11YVERSE does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
