Senior Accessibility Technology Evangelist at Microsoft
About
I lead Microsoft’s Global Commercial Accessibility Program, working directly with customers to create inclusive environments for employees with disabilities—and helping organizations design inclusive products and services for the communities and customers they serve.
My work lives at the intersection of accessibility, inclusive design, and technology adoption. I partner with enterprises, governments, and institutions to move accessibility out of a compliance mindset and into everyday practice—showing how inclusive design improves usability, productivity, and outcomes at scale.
AI is accelerating this shift. For people with disabilities, it can be transformative. More broadly, it enables multimodal ways to consume and create content in the ways that work best for each of us—making inclusion easier to build, scale, and sustain.
Accessibility isn’t about someone else. It’s about all of us.
