About

Shlomit Shteyer is a Director of Technical Program Management at Salesforce with over a decade of experience leading complex software programs from strategy through execution across global organizations. Her accessibility journey began at Twitter, where she was first introduced to the product accessibility space, an experience that shaped her passion for building inclusive products. Since joining Salesforce, she has focused on operationalizing accessibility strategy and driving programs that embed accessibility into how products are designed, built, and measured, ensuring they work for everyone. Beyond her corporate work, Shlomit is an active mentor with TechWomen, PMI, and the D3 program at Concordia University, supporting the next generation of leaders in technology and program management. She is also a long-time participant in the Ride to Conquer Cancer, cycling annually to support cancer research. Originally from Israel, Shlomit currently lives in Toronto, Canada, with her husband, three daughters, and their dog. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, yoga, and traveling, and is driven by curiosity about how different people experience the world and interact with technology.
