I’m an executive leader with deep expertise in accessibility, guiding inclusive products and services to market through strategic partnerships and distribution.

For more than 30 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of accessibility, education, and organizational leadership. My career began in education and evolved into digital accessibility and accessible product commercialization in 2018, where I’ve helped organizations navigate the real-world challenge of turning inclusive innovation into adoption, credibility, and sustainable revenue.

My leadership approach is informed by lived experience. A life-altering car accident at 19 left me with permanent physical disabilities and a firsthand understanding of how systems can either enable or exclude. That perspective shapes how I lead, how I build trust, and how I advise organizations bringing accessibility-focused products to market.

Today, I provide executive leadership to organizations building accessibility-focused products and services. I specialize in partnership and distribution strategy. I help scale national and global partner and distributor ecosystems that drive sustainable revenue adoption.

This work includes my role as Chief Operating Officer of the TouchPad Pro Foundation, where I oversee operations, partnerships, and global distribution of innovative tactile learning technology supporting Braille literacy, STEM education, and creative expression for blind and low-vision learners.

I also support emerging and established companies in the assistive technology space, including business development and market expansion for tactile and accessibility-focused products.

I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations such as the Rick Hansen Foundation and the Canadian Paralympic Committee, and alongside leaders across accessibility, disability, and inclusion ecosystems.
