Amy DeMelo leads the Employee Accessibility and Accommodation Program at CIBC, bringing over 20 years of experience with the bank. Amy is recognized for her commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and has driven many impactful initiatives, including launching CIBC's first in-house designated American Sign Language interpreters Program. Drawing on both professional expertise, engaging others and lived experience with an invisible disability, she brings empathy and a unique perspective to champion accessibility and continuous improvement in every aspect of the employee experience.
