Stephanie Cadieux is Canada's first Chief Accessibility Officer, appointed under the Accessible Canada Act in 2022. Prior to her appointment, she was the first woman with a visible disability to serve in the BC Legislature and Cabinet, bringing a unique perspective shaped by lived experience and leadership at the highest levels of government.
